Courts have varying standards for evidence, and the acceptance of documentation is at the discretion of judges and legal authorities.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

9. Fees and Payment

CaseTime offers both free and paid features. Certain features may require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and the features included in free and paid tiers at any time.

9.2 Payment Terms

If you subscribe to paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

9.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISITPROOF LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VisitProof LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VisitProof LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
