Welcome to CaseTime, a service owned and operated by VisitProof LLC (“CaseTime,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CaseTime website, platform, and related services (the “Services”).

By creating an account, clicking “I agree,” or using CaseTime, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

1. Agreement to Terms

Your use of CaseTime is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use CaseTime. You are responsible for ensuring that any minors accessing the platform under your account comply with these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our site. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Access and Account Security

You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering for CaseTime and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to disable accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CaseTime. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. How the Service Works

CaseTime provides tools for individuals, legal professionals, and parties involved in divorce, custody, or family law matters to organize information, document events, and manage evidence. You control who you share your data with via CaseTime.

6. Fees and Payments

CaseTime operates on a subscription basis. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We may change our fees at any time. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

7. Third-Party Services

CaseTime may link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors). We are not responsible for those services or their terms. You access them at your own risk.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse CaseTime, including by:

  • Violating any laws

  • Harassing or harming others

  • Sending spam or malware

  • Attempting unauthorized access

  • Using the Service to exploit or harm minors

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All CaseTime content, trademarks, and services are the property of VisitProof LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit CaseTime content without permission.

10. User Content and Submissions

By submitting content to CaseTime, you grant us a license to use it as needed to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

CaseTime is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisitProof LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of CaseTime. Our total liability is limited to the fees you’ve paid for the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisitProof LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of CaseTime or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.
